The Common Guy was built to help shine a light on the concerning statistics regarding mens mental health issues and suicides. Our mission is to create a place where men can get data, real life personal experiences and how to access professional help.

Why choose the name ‘The Common Guy’?:

The Common Guy reflects that the issue of men’s mental health and suicide does not have one specific identity. It affects men of all backgrounds. It does not matter how much money one has or doesn’t have, what preferences or beliefs one has, ones’ marital status, nor how successful they are or what they do for a living.
